Participation Fees

All member rates are only applicable if the membership dues for 2012 have been paid. Please note that EAGE reserves the right to cancel the event due to low participation. In this case, payment will be refunded in full

1. To qualify for the reduced registration fee, a copy of your student identification card for a geoscience institute must be submitted together with this registration form.
2. The non-member fee includes EAGE membership for the remainder of 2012.
3. Please note that the EAGE reserves the right to cancel the Education Tour due to low participation. In this case, payment will be refunded in full.

The course book, as well as coffee breaks and lunch are included in the fee. Registration for non-members includes the EAGE membership for 2012.

Cancellation of / changes to registration

OTE registrations will not be refunded after cancellation or no-shows, and it is not possible to send the course book after the course has taken place. If you can not attend the course, please give your OTE confirmation letter to another participant to collect your copy on-site. Changes in reservations (e.g.. transfer of reservation to another name) will cost 15 euro administration fee. Non-members please note: membership included in the registration fee will not be replaced, your EAGE membership will remain active. The cost of membership will be added to the administration fee.

Suitability and Liability Clause

EAGE cannot be held liable for non attendance due to visa issues or any other travel or legal obstructions. If an event or part of event is cancelled, EAGE shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel orothercosts incurred by the registrants. EAGE training, courses and information is prepared by industry professionals with the utmost care, but are provided without any warranty as to its completeness or accuracy or any other warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms as to suitability or fitness for a particular purpose and all such implied terms and warranties are hereby excluded.

EAGE shall not be liable for damages, expenses, personal injury or loss except when caused by gross fault or negligence on the side of EAGE. EAGE’s liability is expressly limited to the amount paid for this event by the participant to EAGE.
